Protocole Agency collabore avec la Croix-Rouge pour la réalisation de leur dîner de gala annuel

Protocole Agency a organisé et coordonné le dîner de gala de la Croix-Rouge au palais de la Bourse, à Marseille.

Comme Monaco, Marseille a son gala de la Croix-Rouge, l’édition du 28 novembre dernier a rapporté 210 000 euros à l’une des plus vieilles associations humanitaires de France.

Le dîner est concocté par des chefs Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, 23 toques prestigieuses de Provence qui ont mis en commun spécialités, recettes et savoir-faire pour concevoir un menu exceptionnel. Une vente aux enchères entrecoupe le ballet des plats. 13 œuvres d’art offertes par des artistes ou galeristes et cette année un thème : les super héros.
