In addition to the organization of events, Protocole Agency ensures the event management of five places in Marseille and its surroundings: the Casa Delauze, the Château de Forbin, the Salons de Camille, the Château Promicéa and the Château des Trois Fontaines, located in the heart of the Vaucluse.

After twenty years in charge of protocol and major events at the Marseille Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Thalie – a choreographer of official events and public ceremonies – created Protocole Agency in 2015. Her first client: the Marseille Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Six years later, Protocole Agency, in addition to its organisation of prestigious events, manages five venues in Marseille and its region. Thalie's expertise and taste, elegant and safe, can be found in all the events that she oversees, the events of Protocole Agency and its venues.

After her literary baccalaureate obtained in 2012, Alizée studied cinema in England, then set off, alone, in search of life, light and images. This important parenthesis, four years long lived between Australia and New Zealand, was closed by a desire to use the skills developed in her hometown: Marseille. Since 2020, Alizée has therefore been leading the textual (newsletters and other promotional press releases), graphic (videos and communication documents, website, site presentation brochures) and creative (scenography of events) production of Protocole Agency.
